If you are not happy with your purchase, you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of your order date. This applies to every plan, including your first payment and each renewal.

How to ask for a refund

Refunds are handled by our payment provider, Paddle, who is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and look up your order, or contact us through our contact page and we will help.

Cancelling

You can cancel any time from your Account page. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
