1. Who we are
DrugClass is run by Joel Kumar, trading as DrugClass ("we", "us"). When you use DrugClass, you are making an agreement with Joel Kumar.
2. Accepting these terms
By creating an account or continuing to use DrugClass, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. You must be at least 16 years old, or have permission from a parent or guardian.
3. The service
DrugClass gives pharmacy students study material: drug classification notes, mock tests, blog posts and exam resources. Some content is free; other content needs a paid plan.
4. Your account
Give accurate details and keep your password private. You are responsible for everything done with your account. One account is for one person.
5. Fair use
You must not: use DrugClass for anything illegal; commit fraud or send spam; copy, resell, share or publish our paid content; break our security, use malware, probe our systems, or scrape or download content in bulk with automated tools; or try to get around our access limits.
6. Our content
We (and our licensors) own DrugClass, including its software, notes, tests, design and branding. A paid plan gives you a personal, limited, non-transferable right to use the content for your own study while your plan is active.
7. Payments and subscriptions
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Payment, billing, renewals, taxes, cancellations and refunds are covered by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Plans renew automatically until you cancel. If you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. See our Refund Policy.
8. Educational use only
All content is for education and exam preparation only. It is not medical advice. Always check doses and treatment with current official prescribing information. Some content, including blog posts, is written with the help of AI and may contain mistakes.
9. Service availability
We work hard to keep DrugClass running, but we do not promise it will always be available or free of errors. To the fullest extent the law allows, the service is provided "as is", without implied warranties.
10. Limits on our liability
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or data. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or anything else that cannot be limited by law.
11. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close your account if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, do not pay, or create a security or fraud risk. You can stop using DrugClass and delete your account at any time.
12. Changes
We may update these terms. If changes are important, we will tell you on the site or by email.
